Serrano Seaton
An unsolicited concept for a development that is already selling, built around current availability and a clear route to a site visit.
Unsolicited concept by Ridgeline Studio. This is not the official Serrano Seaton website, and it was not commissioned by the development.
Screens

The opening line
Twenty one homes above Christmas Bay.
The challenge
What the site had to do.
Serrano Seaton is already selling, so a launch-style brochure would miss the point. Buyers arriving now want to know what is left, what it costs and how to see it. The brief was to make availability and the next step obvious, while still selling life on the slopes above the bay.
Our decisions
How the design answers the brief.
Professionalism
Story, location and imagery
The headline places the homes before it describes them. The supporting line covers what buyers ask first: two, three and four bedroom residences, direct beach access and 26 km of trails. The navigation moves from The Development to Residences, Life at Seaton, Gallery and Updates.
Premium
Design, responsiveness and speed
Editorial display type over a full-bleed architectural render, a monospaced detail line for location and figures, and restrained white buttons give the page a calm, gallery-like feel.
Systems
Enquiries, routing and next steps
An availability bar under the hero shows how much has sold, what remains, where handovers stand and the starting price, with a dated note so every figure reads as at a given day. “Secure a site visit” leads in the header and the hero, and an Updates page carries progress news without crowding the homepage.
Results
Honest numbers, or none.
No results to report. This is a self-initiated concept that has not been launched, so there is no traffic, enquiry or sales data to share.
